• Processing of tough-alloyed materials using ISO50 fixtures on our machines, with spindle motors delivering torque up to 460 Nm;
• Multi-axis machining (4-axis and 5-axis) of the most complex positions, ensuring maximum precision that meets the requirements of industries such as aerospace and medical sectors;
• Calibration and control of the milling process are performed using the integrated CMM device: Renishaw WIPS;
• Each position goes through a documented procedure, including 3D modeling, drawing, CAM programming, setup sheets, and quality control.
